What Our Chairman And Hosts Say

The Asian Racing Conferences (ARCs) are staged by members of the Asian Racing Federation (ARF) and the hosting country. The ARF is the peak regional body for thoroughbred racing in Asia, Australasia, Arabia and South Africa. Currently the ARF has 21 Full Members and 1 Associate Member.

On behalf of the Executive Council of the Asian Racing Federation (ARF), it is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend the 38th Asian Racing Conference (ARC) to be held in Cape Town
It is both an honour and a privilege for South Africa to have been chosen to host the ARC for a second time, the first being in 1997 when South Africa became a full member of the Asian Racing Federation.
